So, without further ado:
So for Christmas this year we decided to make a gingerbread house. Well, maybe we just decorated it, but you'll never know that will you. Chad and I put the gingerbread pieces together and then we had to decorate the outside just like the box. Talk about originality. But it was our first year, so we didn't even know if it was a go. I guess it was because the finished piece is still sitting on our piano for all the world to see. Maybe I should get around to that spring cleaning that everyone keeps talking about!!!
If you are wondering why my picture is so new, ie only a few months old, it is because I have two computers with the pictures on it. And the one upstairs is the one I am most frequently on. If I ever get my lazy butt downstairs, maybe I'll do another post from all of my pictures. You guys are in for a real treat.

see, that is why you need to also start the tradition of "destroying" the gingerbread house on new years eve. each year, you destroy it a different way.....fun huh?

Yes, it is still on the piano. I know, once we have something in a room, it takes an act of congress to move it...and since congress is more worried about the state of the economy than the state of my furniture, well, you guessed it, my room decor is not up to par. But it makes for an interesting conversation piece.
