I know, everyone has been giving me a hard time about not blogging. But seriously, I have not been in the blogging mood. Maybe it's that winter is coming upon us, creeping around the corner, and sliding into our lives. Maybe it is because I am just lazy. I think it is definitely number two. I have not felt like doing much of anything lately. It feels like I have been on a slippery slope and cannot see the bottom to hit rock bottom. Things have been a little stressful around here with Chad preparing for his defense. Not that I can help out in anyway, well...I guess I can because I keep the house running smoothly, but it feels like everything we have worked for for the last five years is on the line. And that line happens on Tuesday. I know he will do an outstanding job. He always prepares for any presentation he will be giving, whether it is a five minute talk, or a twenty minute presentation to 200 people. And he never procrastinates, he always starts working on it like a month before. That is one of the things I love about him. His ability to not procrastinate. I like to put things off, but he is really good at not doing that. I wish I was more like him. So, to make a resolve to be more like him, I will try my hardest to get back to blogging. And to do it more regularly. Let's see if I can keep this goal.

Wow, those are great self-portraits. YOu might have two future photographers on your hands :)
It's good to see you blogging again. Don't beat yourself up about slacking, though...it's not like any of us are very consistent. But I do like to see your boys as they grow, and this is one of the only ways I get to do that.
Good luck to Chad. We'll be thinking of him on Tuesday. I know he'll give it his all!
Yay Beth! I've missed you! I totally get where you are coming from, not being able to get motivated to do much of anything.
Good luck to Chad. I *know* he can do it! He's a pretty awesomely smart guy, I have no doubt he can accomplish whatever goal he sets out to attain. I wanna be like him when I grow up.
