A little bit of this and that

A few Sundays ago I talked Chad and the boys into an afternoon walk.  As you can tell, there is not a wisp of snow to look at.  And what’s better than walking on a solid ice pond with Dad.  And we were just wearing light jackets.  Definitely not January weather.  But I’ll take it.  Matthew wanted to try out his new coaster.  He is really learning how to balance, and probably by the summer will be able to ride without training wheels at all.

Last Friday, Benjamin showed us his loose tooth.  He said he had hit his mouth on a bar at school.  Well, that sped up the process.  He wiggled and wiggled it all weekend long, and on Monday, after school, it came out.  This is his first one that wasn’t pulled by the dentist.  What a big boy he is becoming.

Matthew had pretend day at pre-school.  He wanted to be Elmo.  So, even though it is not Halloween, he got to wear a warm, cuddly, costume.  He was sure a cute Elmo.

Love the Elmo costume! I bet he loved wearing that at preschool!

Welcome to the world of wiggling teeth! Disgusting, right? He is getting so grown up! You need to start planning his birthday party! :)

It looks like you guys are walking on water! :) Brrr! The lake by Mt.Trashmore had a few ice sheets floating in it, and the boys asked if they could go ice skating! Poor kids. They are so deprived!

Thanks for the update!
