I’ve been having one of those weeks. Everything going smoothly until I start to get that scratchy feeling in the back of my throat. And then the sneezing starts. I don’t know how many of my siblings remember when I was little and had a cold coming on but the innocent little sneezing would turn into a full body ordeal where every part of my body felt the sneeze. And they were loud. And they hurt. And sometimes if the fits went on for very long I might just have had to change my underwear because, you know, when you are having a sneezing fit, you really don’t have control over other body parts. Well, I have that same thing again. But now I have almost, but not quite lost my voice. And last night, I couldn’t even eat my dinner without almost choking to death because my ears were all plugged up. Needless to say, my ears are clearer this morning, but my nose is still running. I was able to drink some hot chocolate and that made my throat feel not so scratchy. So here’s my plan. I am going to try to lie in bed and attempt to sleep while Matthew cuddles up to me and watches movies on the laptop. And then, hopefully, I will be able to get over this so I can totally disinfect my house tomorrow. That’s the plan. We’ll see how much I can accomplish it.

Why does Ben have a banana on is head? No, really. Why?!?!
I'm sorry you are sick. Try not to pee your pants, please. And I hope you didn't lose your voice because you talked too much yesterday. It's not my fault. :)
Feel better! If I lived closer I would bring you over some soup. ♥
why would you choke to death if your ears are plugged?...i don't get it...
Feel better, little sister! Love ya muchly! <3 Gwen Marie
Ok, I have to be honest...the words of this post sounded better in my head than in actuality. But bear with me, I was sick....
Kate, Ben just put the banana on his head. I thought it was funny so I took the picture. He's been making silly faces for the camera lately. I don't know why.
Jill, not only were my ears plugged, but so was my nose, so I had to breathe through my mouth, so when I would take a bite, there was no breathing going on, therefore, the choking to death. On a happy note, I was able to eat last night.
Marie, thanks for the kind words. I actually feel like disinfecting everything today, but we'll see how far I get.
